I'm the editor of Reed Magazine. Currently, our submission count is fairly low, so I thought I'd post a call here. We have two different channels for submitting. You are more than welcome to submit via the regular process, which provides two CCs on publication. We also sponsor the John Steinbeck Award for the Short Story, which has a $15 entry fee with an award of $2,000. The deadline for both is December 1st.

Feel free to pass along the info to anyone else you know who might be interested. Also, even though this is a fiction group, we're also looking for quality essays and works of creative nonfiction.
